CDF Uniforms are the same as Russian (just retextured), so this should be fixed in the meantime (see T1883)

All bolt-action rifles have the cycle animation. This is intentional.

Sorry, I didn't see the last part of the report. This is intended behavior, cycling the weapon leaves scope view. It's the default behavior for all bolt-action rifles.

This is intended behavior from the game. The neck scarf/shemags are in the "glasses" category, and hence are overridden by the choice that the player makes in his or her profile. When the player does not set eyewear, instead of using the unit's default, it will just not use any. You can see the same effect with any glasses that you set in the editor - give a unit combat goggles, it will not keep them once you start the mission when player controlled.

The Czech units are still the old placeholders and do not have Editor Categories set, which is why they appear as "Men" instead of "Men(Woodland)" and "Men (Desert)". This will get fixed eventually when the Czech units are ported.

I know they are not "prioritizing" the gunner seat, but they are not refusing to go into the gunner seat, if specifically ordered to, nor do they leave it open. I just tried it in game.
Works fine here. Placed an SUV and an AAF rifle squad, ordered "get in", squad gets in, and mans the gun. You can also order an AI specifically into the gunner seat. I don't really see how this is broken.

Changed status to resolved since I can't fucking spell "fixes"
Could be a mipmapping issue, the textures have a pretty bright rim around the outside. I'll try that.

The loadouts are, in fact, the same as in Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead. I agree it's a bit silly, but I am not sure we should change this as missions might depend on them.

This may either be a download error still, or you are using CUP Terrains with an incompatible terrain (Austraila IIRC was known to cause issues). In either case, this isn't a bug in CUP TP.

The Chedaki Automatic Rifleman has a mixture of 45 box and 75 drum magazines. Regardless of what model he holds, there will always be a mismatch until such time that BIS makes magazines a proxy :(

Eventually everything will be ported, but all in due time. So far, nobody tackled this, bikes and motorcycles are a touchy subject in Arma 3.

This is intentional. There are also three different camo types for the uniform themselves that were never available in Arma 2. If you require them to wear the uncammoed west, it's still available (and default for the CDF UN troops)

The Static Line Parachute is dependent on the script and cannot be used without it, since it scripts the landing. As such, the only thing that you could do is copy parts of the script and adjust it accordingly.

EH would be possible, but if we ever implement that, it would be more general and implement things like Bolt Action hand gestures too. For now, it's not on the table though.
Unfortunately there is no way to prevent this. The animation can be skipped via the isEmpty property, but since there is no official sound even for the bolt action, the sound is part of the shot sound.

The problem is that gun depression in Arma is universal. While there would be no problem having a minus 10 degrees depression when the gun is pointing forward, it will invariably clip through the tanks when the gun is pointing backwards. The result is that you'll have to trade-off between the gun depression or the look.

I'm sorry, but please verify your CBA installation. I would guess this is a linux server and you have a problem with lower/upper case, but I cannot reproduce this (and the other problem you have).
The name of the addon's pbo is irrelevant, and the name cba_xeh_a3 is still in the addon:

The Workshop is infamous for corrupting downloads. If there was a general problem with the maps, we would have more reports, but I happen to know people that subscribe the maps from the workshop and they are fine.
