Takistan street lights are not destructible

Just checked all the street lights (lamp posts) in Chaman and Timurkalay and the road between these two towns and none of the street lights are destructible. I suppose that implies on all street lights on Takistan.

Found this problem also on Al Rayak. Street lamp classname is "Land_Lamp_Small_EP1" (there may be others but I tested on this). Current "CfgVehicles" >> "Land_Lamp_Small_EP1" >> "Reflectors" >> "Light_1" >> "hitpoint" is "lampa" but there is no such string in Lamp_Small_EP1.p3d. There is "light_1_hitpoint" though. I made small addon to modify it and... it works!

Also found "lampa" hitpoint in "Land_Lamp_Street2_EP1" and "Land_PowLines_Conc2L_EP1" classes.

Found "Land_Lamp_Street2_EP1" on Zargabad and "Land_PowLines_Conc2L_EP1" on Al Rayak, so here is modified fix
