[DEV] S&B PM Shortdot improperly depicted

Description

Currently the Shortdot is modeled as a fixed 6x scope with zeroing from 100-300m and no red dot

Whereas the real thing is a 1.1-4x scope with a red dot for close range work and a first-focal-plane (reticle changes size with zoom) mil-dot reticle, as well as 100-800m bdc. It is also NVG-compatible

Judging by the markings on our model, the zoom options are 1.1, 1.5, 2.5, 3.0, and 4.0
BDC is in 50m increments from 200m (100, 200, 250, 300, 350...)

Recommendations
"Quick fix": add a dot to the reticle and just do the 1.1 and 4x magnifications second-focal-plane style (reticle stays same szie), as well as the BDC
"Variable Zoom Fix": use the infinitely-adjustable variable zoom function in Arma 3 to replicate the Shortdot's variable function, though this will not be strictly correct to the real thing
"Proper but tedious fix": model the various zoom levels properly with the growing and shrinking reticle.
"Bonus fix": As above, but with the 1.1 and 1.5x powers covered via 3D optic, allowing full field of view in "reflex" mode
