Terrain GEO/FireGEO missmatch

Description

I mainly focused about missmatches that are relevant when throwing grenades. As ACE allows you to throw grenades exactly, its that more frustrating to have the perfect throw for a perfect hole in the wall ready to eradicate a bunch of enemies, just to then throw it, have it bounce off, and kill your own team :D

Background in screenshots is either Fire or view lod. Foreground always geo.
Tested in 1.13.0 but afaik they were not touched in dev.

These holes aren't even in view/fire geo. But they look large enough to lop a grenade through

That house has other missing holes, but I think they are too small, or inconvenient for grenades
