Tested now using GM assets, and that appears to be the case. Managed to get it working once though for some reason, but can't replicate it.

most likely just broken AI routines as the game doesnt have any such TRACKED vehicle

Tested now the issue is still present. At least the BMP-2 and AAV cannot traverse water when crewed by AI and is instead stuck and not moving. Vodnik is able to move.

this issue still exists in Chernarus (summer), chernarus (winter) and chernarus (autumn). it has so far only been fixed in chernarus 2020.
my suggestion would be do re introduce the warehouse without interior. Cup already features duplicate versions of assets, with versions with and without interior
