yes, i get perfectly what you mean, when you're in third person the view is locked forward and doesnt follow mouse input on the door gun. but i'm also saying that this seems like normal engine behavior. i never use vanilla vehicles and even less door guns on said vehicles, but that's how i recall it
I don't think you get what I mean, the camera is locked forward as in the way the nose of the chinook is pointed not the way the gunner is facing. Also, even if it was locked the way the gunner is pointed that'd be a little annoying imo but idk I don't normally play in third person.

Yeah I just noticed the tickets for all the other vehicles with slat armor up on here, thought I should do the same for these vehicles.
known issue, some vehicles still need tank dlc upgrades
inventory can now be accessed from outside too.
still no clue why the airframe is super resistant though.

ah i see whats going on, ok, i think that can be fixed easily, the humvee is a known problem, there's already a ticket around, not sure if its gonna get fixed or we're just gonna make new humvee models or what

i still have a lot more FPS degradation than the VADS when using the same weapon and magazine classes, i suspect the muzzle flashes lighting up piss off the engine.
the issue on the humvees is known and will be addressed sometime later, bradley and stryker issues are new and i dont understand the problem given your description

OK you're pointing out the two aircraft who did exist at around that time, still doesn't mean that this isn't a problem or that those missiles continued to be used up until today (which they didn't) or that all the aircraft in that have them are supposed to have them (Apache, F-35, etc.) I have no problem with the AIM-9L being ingame, I just think that if it is it should LOOK like an aim-9L instead of having the words "AIM-9X" printed on the side of the texture and that there should be the capability to equip the AIM-9X onto these aircraft as they are capable of using today even if you're going by the logic that they fit into the time-frame of Arma 2.

The point is that none of the aircraft that have the AIM-9L ingame had ever used them as the AIM-9L is an obsolete variant from the late 70's.
and the range of the missile is much shorter than the regular vanilla AIM-9X
