Thank you both for your help on Discord. I have updated the ticket to show FRIES systems in place on UH/MH-60 Blackhawks with external hoist hooks for SAR/Medevac missions as well.
Several variants of US UH-60 helos are missing the ability to equip the FRIES system for fast roping with the ACE FRIES system. The FRIES system is known to be used on all UH-60 variants with the exception of the DAP variant which does not carry troops at all.

To show that the UH/MH-60 can use both the FRIES system and the hoist on the right side of the troop compartment. So it is feasible for both systems to be in place on the Blackhawk/Seahawk at the same time.
